The 36 Tūrangi to Taupō service travels between Taupō, Waitahanui, Motutere, Waitetoko, Motuoapa and Tūrangi - in both directions, on Monday and Thursday (see map below).
As well as servicing fixed bus stops, this service operates as Hail2Ride. This means you can hail down the bus anywhere along the route, so long as it is safe for the bus to pull over and stop.
This limited service is one of five Connect to Taupō (C2T) bus routes in Taupō District.
PLEASE NOTE: No services at weekends and public holidays.
