The 34 Acacia Bay to Taupō route is part of the Connect2Taupō service. It travels between Acacia Bay and Taupō on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

As well as fixed bus stops in Acacia Bay and Taupō, this service operates as a hail and ride service. This means you can hail down the bus anywhere along the route, so long as it is safe for the bus to pull over and stop. This route runs to one timetable on Monday and Thursday, and to another timetable on Wednesday.
