How to set up new Bee Card account

Set up your details

  • Enter the following details:
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Create first security question
  • Create second security question
  • Enter personal contact information and address
  • Tick the box for 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions'
  • Select Continue

Review your account

  • Select Submit
  • Your account has been created!

Activate account

  • In your emails you should receive 'Account Activation' from Bee Card Website
  • Open email and select Verify Now

Account verified

  • You're all set!
  • Log in and register your Bee Card – you'll need your Bee Card number to do this.

NOTE: If you have purchased your card in person, you will need to wait until after 5:30pm for the card to be uploaded to the Bee Card system. 

Please ensure no other tabs are open when you are on the Bee Card website.

Log in to your Bee Card account

Under MY CARDS, select Register Card to Account

Enter the 9 digit number from your Bee Card and the Security Number

How to change your Bee Card from ADULT to CHILD

You’ll need an email address and password to get started.

Register your Bee Card

  • Under MY CARDS, select Register Card to Account 

NOTE: When you register your Bee Card, it will automatically default to ADULT

Change your Bee Card to CHILD/YOUTH

  • Under MY CARDS, select Manage Cards  
  • Select the card you want to edit
  • Select Edit Card Holder Details

Change the card holder NAME and DATE OF BIRTH (required to access free or half price travel for children and youth)

You’re all set! 

The following options are also available once you have logged in to your Bee Card account: 

  • Manage My Card – update the personal details attached to your card 
  • SuperGold – Apply for your FREE concession with your SuperGold card number 
  • Community Connect – Apply for your half price concession with your Community Services Card number 
  • Top up your Bee Card balance online – will show as pending until tagged on the bus.
